Grilling out this weekend? We’ve got the perfect Loaded Mashed Potatoes recipe to complement your steaks or chicken. Just follow this recipe or pick and choose your favorite additions for a side that is irresistibly delicious!

 

1 package              James Foods Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, (Cooked according to Box Instructions)
3 oz                        Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 oz                        Bacon, Crumbled
1 Tbsp                    Chives, Thinly Sliced
1/2  Tbsp               Garlic, Minced
To Taste                Salt
To Taste                Pepper
 *If you prefer Bleu Cheese substitute it for the Cheddar Cheese, remember this is your dish so add or leave out whatever you want!

 

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. In a oven safe serving dish combine the cooked James Foods Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, half of the sliced Chives, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper stirring until well mixed.
3. Place the dish into the preheated oven for 15 minutes until slightly golden brown.
4. Remove dish from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
5. Sprinkle remaining chives over top. Serve and Enjoy!
